Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in and Check-out times, as early as 7 a.m. for daily rental and 5:00 p.m for evening rental. Check out for daily rental is 4:00 p.m. Check out for evening rental is 10:00 p.m. Weekend overnight stay check-in is as early 7:00 a.m. Friday and Check out is as late as 5:00 p.m. Sunday. Variations can be made with prior arrangement only.
Q: Tell us about sleeping arrangements.
A: We have three bedrooms on the upper floor. The Floral Room has 3 – twin beds and 1 – full bed. The Pine Room has 2 – twin beds, and the Garden Room has 3 – twin beds. All linens are provided, including lots of pillows.
Q: What about food?
A: You will be responsible for your own food during your stay. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. Click here for a list of kitchen supplies. There is also information on several local restaurants and caterers under Rendezvous Recommends as well as a book at Rendezvous Retreats of places we recommend.
Q: What if I don’t have a group of Nine for overnight stay?
A: Email us and we will let you know hosted dates where you and your friends can join in with others.
Q: Do we have to clean when we leave?
A: Rendezvous Retreats has its own housekeeper. We do ask that upon check-out you strip the linens off your bed, gather the garbage into one spot and run the dishwasher.
Q: How much space is there for each person to work?
A: Each person has a 6 foot table with overhead lighting, and an adjustable, cushioned office chair to work on.
Q: What scrapbooking tools are at Rendezvous Retreats?
A: Our built in work station is filled with scrapbooking tools, including Sizzex set-up with 6 – different alaphabets and several shapes, Cricuit with 3 alphabets, paper cutter and over. In addition there are a variety of punches, scissors, stamps, idea books and tools.
Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: First, check the on-line calendar to check on availability. If you find dates that you are interested in please click on Reservations and complete the online form. You will receive a confirmation email for your reservation, included in this email will be all the details you will need to plan your stay at Rendezvous Retreats.
Q: What is the payment/cancellation policy?
A: A non-refundable deposit is charged to the credit card you supply in your reservation. The balance of payment is due forty-five days before you arrive at Rendezvous Retreats. If you cancel your stay less than 30 days prior to arrival your rental fee is non-refundable.
Q: Do you have a waiting list for weekends?
A: Yes! Please email your date request. If there is any change in scheduling you will be notified. First come, first served.
